At The Drey, we don't have a fancy "Customer Service" team. Nope, our nuts are too busy collecting acorns to bother with that sort of thing. But don't worry! We've got a few stray squirrel friends who'll try to help you out. Our nutters will do their best to answer your queries, resolve any issues, and maybe even share some squirrely wisdom with you. However, we can't promise they won't be busy stuffing their faces with acorns at the time of inquiry.

We're committed to keeping your personal info safe and secure. We collect data only when it's necessary for us to do business with you, and store it securely in a nutty database (okay, not really). We don't sell or share your details with other squirrels unless we have to (e.g., payment providers).
You've got the right to access and update your personal info at any time, delete your account if you want (we'll miss you!), and opt-out of marketing emails from us. We're not perfect, but we'll try our best to keep your data safe. If something squirrely goes down, please let us know ASAP so we can fix the problem quickly!
